Iron-Out - Iron Sulfide Removal System

Iron-Out is a low pH product that is soluble in water or acid, acting as a formation cleaner by breaking emulsions and sludge.
Iron-Out breaks down large aggregate deposits of iron sulfide and disperses into smaller particles, making removal easier.
Iron-Out penetrates and disperses hydrocarbons coating the iron sulfide particles, allowing for a more complete removal system.

Applications
Iron-Out typical loading is 110 liters per cubic meter of water or acid.
Usage rates may vary, depending on the severity of the iron sulfide and the tenacity of the hydrocarbons coating the sulfide.
When mixed with water, Iron-Out can be pumped into the reservoir for iron sulfide removal, or can be pumped continuously down the annulus to keep rod pumps from sticking due to iron sulfide.
When mixed with acid, Iron-Out helps disperse iron sulfide, making it more soluble. Any time acid is pumped in a well, an iron control agent such as FeNO should be used.
