AF-5020 - Water & Acid Foamer
AF-5020 is used to foam water (both fresh and brine) and acid, and is highly effective in both foam and air drilling operations.
AF-5020 is used to unload water in gas wells, yielding increased gas production. This is accomplished as a batch treatment, or injected continuously for tubular unloading.
AF-5020 is compatible, and maintains performance, upon contact with crude oil.

Applications
AF-5020 can be used with foam sticks to reduce hydrostatic head and unload water from gas wells. 4- 10 foam sticks should be used for maintenance purposes.
AF-5020 can be pumped neat or at a 1/1 ratio with water down gas wells. After a 4-24 hour shut-in, return to production.
AF-5020 can be used to lift water in gas wells by continuous injection down the annulus. After an initial treatment of 1-2 drums down the annulus, 20-50 ppm is all that is required to keep the well unloaded.
AF-5020 can be added to foamed acid jobs at 3-7 gpt for foam stabilization.
