Applications
PD-2701 can be used in batch or continuous treatment for paraffin dispersion and inhibition, as well as crude oil dehydration.
The unique surfactant and dispersant properties of this compound suspends paraffin crystals in crude oil while water wetting iron sulfide and other solids, making them easily removable in the water phase.
PD-2701 is typically treated at rates of 60-500 ppm based on produced oil volumes.
Exact treating ratios are to be determined by field and laboratory testing.
