P-635 - Paraffin & Asphaltene Control

green line

P-635 is a synergistic blend of paraffin
dispersant, pour point depressants,
wax crystal modifiers, and high aromatic
solvents designed to removed and
prevent the precipitation of paraffin in
production equipment.

Applications

P-635 is added to high wax oils to lower pour point and improve fluidity. This includes residual fuels and low sulfur waxy crude oils.

P-635 is added continuously ahead of the flow line at a laboratory determined concentration.

This concentration is usually in the 50-500 ppm range. It varies from crude to crude and in the concentration required to reach the desire pour point.

P-635 is particularly useful in assisting pipeline transportation of high wax crudes.

The additive lowers the viscosity and pour points of the crude and allows for extended shutdown periods.

The additive also allows easy restarting after extended periods at temperatures well below the natural pour point of the crude.

P-635 is extremely effective in down hole paraffin control.

P-635 can be injected continuously down the annulus, with sufficient flush, to inhibit paraffin deposits on down hole tubular, flow lines, and surface treating and storage vessels.

P-635 is an especially efficient treatment for paraffin inhibition down hole by squeeze application.

One to two drums of P-635 may be pumped down the annulus. The chemical should be displaced with up to 100 bbls produced oil and well shut in for 12-24 hours to allow for absorption into formation.
