CFR Chemicals is a privately owned, Alberta based company started in 1996. Our
primary focus is the distribution of specialty and commodity chemicals. Our customer
base ranges from small chemical manufacturers to Oil and Gas Service companies and Oil and Gas Production companies.

Our goal has always been to understand and exceed our customer needs and expectations from both a service and quality perspective. We are constantly looking for ways that we can improve the delivery of our products and become a solution provider rather than just a chemical supplier. Investing in research and development, we have developed several unique chemistries to meet specific challenges in our industry. Our vision is to be a forward thinking company that is leading our industry in innovation and superior customer service.

We have a very strong network of suppliers around the world who give us a strategic
advantage. A strong knowledge-based management team, with over 57 years of
combined business experience is here to serve our customers. Our market has expanded as we have successfully assisted our customers in Eastern Europe, China, India, Egypt and Mexico and throughout the US, including Alaska.

In order to serve our customers better we have been expanding our distribution to numerous strategic locations throughout the province. Currently we have stocking points for product in Red Deer, Grande Prairie, High Level, Red Earth, Edson, Viking and Edmonton. We have rail access in Red Deer, High Level, Grande Prairie and Edson and have initiated a feasibility study to expand this to three additional locations.

Currently we have bulk storage in over 50 tanks with a capacity in excess of 9.5 million liters. Our primary bulk product inventory includes methanol (3.5 million liters of storage), fracturing fluids (2.5 million liters), solvents (1 million liters) and glycols (.5 million liters).
