CFR Appoints New Executives

Diversified Industries Ltd. (DVS) is pleased to announce that Brian McKay has joined
CFR Chemicals Inc. (CFR) as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Gary Mahura who
previously held that role has been appointed to the new position of Vice President of
Business Development
Brian will take responsibility for managing the Company’s commodity and process
chemicals sales force with a particular focus towards the many producers and
engineering companies in Calgary. He brings extensive industrial experience, having
been involved at an executive sales and ownership level in the Calgary area for the past
15 years.
This is a strategic move for the company. It will provide the capability for CFR to
continue to expand further into new market areas and new product introductions.
The Company would like to extend a warm welcome to Brian and wish both he and Gary
every success in their new roles.
