Scavenger Patent

Diversified Industries Ltd. (“Diversified”) (DVS/TSX-V) is pleased to announce that the Company has been granted a second patent from the US Patent office for our proprietary Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) scavengers. H2S scavengers continue to be an important product for the Company as the demand for this technology is growing on a worldwide basis. The Company has also received Notice of Allowance from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office for one of our H2S scavenger formulation patent applications. The patent will be issued in due course.

The Company continues to develop additional H2S scavengers, specifically those more oil soluble and others with improved performance on direct injection and down hole applications. The Company intends to apply for patents when it is determined that they are commercially viable for the Company.
